We will audit your wesbite and provide you with the following:
- A bespoke set of website terms and conditions.

Guidance for compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and a Checklist of practical activities for achieving compliance with Data Protection Act 1998. This also includes (where applicable) applying to the Information Commissioner to register your business in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- Guidance on the security of members' data in accordance with Principle 7 and a checklist to ensure the security of your personal data and other information.

Data Protection Notice (Privacy Policy), a suitable disclaimer and legal notices concerning copyright and trademarks.
