Waheedan is a US lawyer and member of the Florida Bar. She obtained her Bachelors Degree majoring in Criminal Justice and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

She advises and acts for clients in respect of UK and US Intellectual Property law and has particular expertise in respect of copyright, trade mark and contractual matters.
